It is a challenge to be a successful student athlete, while also becoming a young adult with increasing responsibility. Having a strong community/support-system makes the journey a lot less frustrating.
Student athletes who feel they have people who care about them are more motivated to succeed and overcome obstacles.

The H20S AutoPilot Program has athletes ask their family and friends to become Accountability Partners and have access to their personal development (via the GPL). After the 20 Assignments,
each athlete will have their own personal
AP Support System.

The following diagram is a hypothetical example of an AP Support System that can be built through this fundraiser.
What does H20S stand for?

How do I get the book in the video?

How long will it take athletes to fill out all the H20S fields each day?

Habits, 20-Assignments, Success. "H20S" and "AutoPilot" are one in the same.

The GPL Logbook is an optional addition. It is explained more in Part 4.

The first time, it may take up to 5 minutes. Once they get the hang of it, it will probably take them 1 or 2 minutes each day.
